Create Repair Order

Creating your repair order is simple. Enter your part number into our search bar, select your repair service, and add it to your cart. Follow the checkout instructions, and your repair request can be created in just a few minutes. If you are unsure of your part number, contact us and we’ll be happy to help.

Print Instructions

After completing your order, you will receive an email confirmation with your receipt and detailed repair instructions. These instructions will guide you through preparing your part for shipment. If you have any questions during the process, our team is here to help ensure everything goes smoothly.

Pack and Ship

Properly packaging your part is an important step in protecting your repair. Carefully follow the provided packing instructions to prevent shipping delays or damage. You may ship your part using any major carrier of your choice.

Arrival

Once your part arrives at our facility, we inspect and document everything included with your shipment. We verify that all required components are present and move your repair into our service queue. If anything is missing, our team will contact you before proceeding.

Repair Time

Once your repair enters our queue, you will receive updates throughout the process. Most repairs are completed within 10–15 business days, depending on the complexity of the repair and availability of required components. Expedited repair options may be available when needed.

Repaired and Returned

After your repair is completed, we carefully package and ship your part back to you. You will receive tracking information by email so you can monitor your shipment. Repairs are typically shipped the same day they are completed.
