Our Warranty

We have a very generous warranty for all of our services. We cover incidents that no other company in our industry offers making our warranty the best in the business. See all of our coverages and exclusions below. 

Workmanship Defects

If there is a defect in our work, we will fix it for free. Mistakes can and do happen from time to time but no worries, if we made a mistake it's covered

Component Failure

If any of the components that we replace fail within the warranty period, you are covered! Some exclusion apply to special order components where vendor warranty supersedes our warranty.

Lightning Strike

Lightning strike and power surges can happen. This is one of the features of our warranty that nobody else covers. But rest assured, if your part gets hit with lightning, we will repair it for free within the warranty period.

Accidental Damage

Sometimes damage can occur that is caused by you or your technician when it's being reinstalled, and that's ok! Our warranty covers the labor to fix it again if your part is accidentally damaged.

Diagnostic Fees

Sometimes your item might fail for a completely new reason several months later. If this happens you are covered, we do not charge additional diagnostic fees to fix any new issues that arise later down the road.

Shipping Charges

Within the first 30 days, if there is a workmanship related issue, we cover the both directions of shipping. Outside of the 30 days, you cover shipping to us, and we cover shipping back to you.

Labor Costs

Labor costs to repair damage are almost always free while under warranty. In some rare cases where extensive damage has occurred due to reasons outside of our control we may require additional labor.

Extended Warranty

All of our repairs come with a warranty for a specified period of time for no additional charge. At checkout you will have the option to extend that warranty for up to 4 years of total protection.

Warranty Exclusions

Non-Repairable within the first 30 days

Partial Refund Eligible - we will retain our diagnostic fee and shipping charges. The remaining balance will be refunded.

Non-Repairable AFTER the first 30 days

NO REFUNDS - Once the first 30 days has elapsed we will still cover labor to repair items under warranty, however if an item is non-repairable for any reason no refunds will be given.

Replacement Coverage

Our warranty does NOT cover replacements. If your item can't be repaired we will not cover the cost to replace your item as a whole. Our warranty is intended to cover our labor to continue to repair your item so long as it's actually able to be repaired.

Extensive Damage

Sometimes items come back under warranty that have damage that is extensive and goes well beyond the scope of the original repair. If this happens we will contact you and give you the option to pay additional labor to fix the item or discontinue the repair.

Accessory Parts

Warranty coverage is strictly for the control board portion of what we are repairing. If you send us additional components with your order, those items are not covered under our warranty.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are always non-refundable.

Damage in transit

Packages that sustain damage during shipping are the liability of the customer. We offer customers the option to add insurance to their shipments back to them. If insurance isn't added prior to shipment we assume no liability for damages that occur in transit to or from our facility.
